WinFlash 1.0

This is the first working version of WinFlash, complete with a working: * Start Menu * Windows Explorer * Command Prompt * Control Panel * and more… I’ve got a whole list of stuff I’m going to add to the next version, but I wanted to see what you guys think of it first.
