The Mayor and her adorable secretary captured!

Woo, took my way longer than it should have (well actually it didn’t take too long, I just had a few distractions along the way.) This here animation is the 1st place prize for :iconbrayburnman: after he won Doris: Year One with his entry: DORIS YEAR ONE He wanted an animation with the adorable Isabelle and his Kagura wrapped up, OTN gagged and panty masked while snuggily cuddling in their bindings. While I am not really into panty-masks myself, I (like these two QT’s here) am bound to honor his prize request. Funny thing about this prize is that I drew the sketch, but then bray colored and inked it, and then I animated it using his color selection. Here’s his colored version of my original sketch!
