Selena basic change stage 1

Here is the traced version of a sketch I did about a week ago (the thin one). I still need more practice with my tablet. So I pretty much just have these two images so far. This is an initial stage, which I am hoping will lead to a more sophisticated animation (do not get your hopes up- I know I did not). I am just putting this here solely for feedback. I want to know if I have messed up in either image, because if there is something wrong with either of these two, there is going to be a problem with all of the frames of the animation, and I am not likely to correct a mistake that could have been caught early one and do it ten or twenty times over. So basically I want to know if there are any anatomical or otherwise mistakes. There is a hand and foot in the pencil sketch, I just did not draw them in Flash. And yes, I suck quite hard at shading. So please tell me what is wrong with my shading and a good way to make it better; that is why it is here.
