Dressup commission for https://fire-and–ice.deviantart.com/:iconfire-and–ice: of this OC eevee chara 🙂 Simple dressup, but took the time to put in detail. I made the shirts go under eevee’s tuft but can change it if requested. I think it works better this way ^^
