Pokémon Platinum Pokedex

Created just for fun. This is the replica of the Pokedex in Pokemon Platinum. I included the foreign dex entries from Pokemon Diamond, which is in the original game. I also added new features: the regiondex number, attack type match-up and the evolution Pokedex.
