Nym Sprite (Standing Test)

Well, I’m sure many of you have been wondering just what the hell I’ve been doing for the last couple weeks, since other than managing the Valentine’s contest, I’ve been pretty much inactive… … in public. Yep, that last line is really important in the whole big picture, because yes, I haven’t worked or even practiced drawing for a couple weeks, and I’ve certainly stood below the radar in regards of exposure… But that doesn’t means I’ve been just fondling my nethers idily (no comments) while staring at the ceiling… No, as a matter of fact, I’ve been quite active behind the scenes, but all of that work was set on developing a small glimpse on the art and animation for a… possible, hopefuly yet not really likely project (I’ve got to be honest, working on something so big on my own is, at best, difficult) involving novel writting, turn based isometric strategy and all that good stuff. Now, you may ask, why would I invest time in working on something I’m not really sure I’ll even be able to pull off…? Well… Because I wanted to, basically. That’s really the reason… I mean, I like drawing and I enjoy giving you people something to appreciate as frequently as possible, but even I hit my dry moments or just my «I wanna do whatever the fuck my brain is telling me to do» moments like everybody else… And quite honestly, even if I don’t know if I’ll be able to go along with this project until completion or if it will just eventually drop and die like some other ideas I had, I’m really having fun with this… It’s something different, refreshing and certainly thrilling. Now don’t worry, I will eventually start producing my usual content (although I’m sure I’ll need some kind of warmup, like every time I stay away from my usual schedule for so long), but come on… IT’S AN ISOMETRIC CHIBI GAME NYM!! Really… How can you say no to those purposefuly jittery, 8-bit like blinking eyes? You have no soul if you reject that! Fate out! P.S.: Now seriously, leave your thoughts, comments and whatnot below.
