Another of the evolutions of Eevee. Glaceon can reduce the temperature of anything almost to the point of absolute zero. Requested by ~Laurens-Comics.
Glaceon is very cold, so instead of putting her in a cold environment, I made her freeze the area near her. I personally liked this one, Glaceon looks like a nice Pokémon.
