Ed – Fire Dash

Manuel told me that one of the best way to learn Elemental Arcanas is to choose an exercise that suits yourself. I designed this one because of Baseball and Super Mario Bros! [I used to try and run after the fire ball to see what would happen if Mario touched one of his OWN Fireballs. I don’t think I ever succeeded… ] First, start with a baseball. Throw it and catch it again as fast as possible. Then, when you feel ready, try it with fireball. Your speed and elemental defense will improve!! Don’t do this indoors though… -Ed- Secteur 49
