EBF4 – NPC Builder

I didn’t want to spend more than a day on this, so it’s a lot crappier than the NPC editor for EBF3. However, it’s still good enough for it’s purpose. If you want to save your NPCs you’ll have to paste the codes into the comments. Most of the new items are just from the new player equips, but there’s also some new hats and faces. The coloring’s also been updated to my new softer style.
