As the title suggests, it’s a «ponification» of the japanese Cardcaptor Sakura opening theme, featuring Derpy Hooves. There are quality toggle buttons at the bottom-left corner (I suggest «medium», unless your processor is really good) and you can roll your mouse over the bottom of the screen for subtitles (based on the original translation, but tweaked, just for fun).
