Create a Lucario

I reinstalled Flash and made this! Its not as crappy as V.1 and V.2 but it still is. INSTRUCTIONS Click any part of the lucario to change the color Drag and drop the stuff around it heheheheheh I couldn’t resist adding Homestuck stuffz. I had to fill some negative space der. Lucario(c)Pokemon
