-Chibi Character- (Animation)

~Chibi Character~ BEFORE anybody asks: click the preview icon to see the animation. ;p This is sort of a joint project between me https://ken1171.deviantart.com/ and https://muq.deviantart.com/ where he modeled this little chibi character and I remodeled it, rigged it for Poser, created a toon shader and then did this test animation. I wanted to make an animated GIF (and I did, actually) but it strangely plays in slow motion in Internet Explorer (but Ok in other browsers). Somebody told me this is a bug with IE, but why haven’t they fixed this after this long? How can I make animated GIFs play at normal speed in IE? Any hints on this? The character has been modeled in 3DSMAX, rigged, shaded and animated in Poser. Thanks for coming by!
