Celebi Dress Up

Celebi Dress Up, I dedicate this one to https://knails87.deviantart.com/ who asked for one months back but have delayed for so long X_X You can customize Celebi similar to Biblio, though there are fewer options due to Celebi’s simplicity. There are still plenty of clothes to choose from, and you can still change the color of celebi, as well as it’s eyes, mouth and expression. A minor difference also is the change in the button color when you hover over it, but it’s pretty minimal. This counts as my legendary dress up for the month, but I already have a mew dress up in my gallery as well. Anyways, I hope you all like it! :aww: You can also remove it’s eyes, expression and mouth if you really want :XD:
