Cartoon Cashier

Based on a few gags (plus one my friend wrote) from my webcomic that I never got around to making when the comic was updating. For a lot who don’t know, Conroy Cat was a webcomic turned webtoon about a toon trying to make it big in Cartoon Land, but he currently gets stuck with lousy jobs and have run ins with other cartoon characters. I stopped doing crossovers with the animations, but I always wanted to use some of the gags here, especially the last one in this cartoon as it works better here than it would in a comic format. I always like to experiment with Flash animation, this time using the pencil tool instead of the brush. I like relying on vectors instead, but next time I’ll use thicker lines. I also wanted to experiment using symbols while doing both tweening AND frame-by-frame animation. And before anyone says it: I do know that’s not what happens when a blue card gets scanned. I just thought it’d be fun to animate.
