ATG #13 Celest Vult! (Pony in Charge)

Celestia wills it! And if she does it better happen! Work in Progress. First time drawing Celestia and boy, was it fun! Unfortunately I didn’t manage to finish the pic on time, but I want to add wavy hair and a few light effects on the way. The hair transition speed is also off, but that’s something for another time. I also didn’t have time for the background or Cutie Mark vector.. so thanks to the guys who posted these!
