OA: Oh no.

You were supposed to stay at homebase. «And it’s a good thing we didn’t right.» This started out as an exercise in how fast i could animate something if i threw all premise of trying to get good looking anatomy and colouring out the window. I got all the lineart done in about two afternoons and then i was like «…i should add backgrounds». And then «…i should probably block some flats in». And so it took a little longer than i anticipated :B This won’t make much sense if you’re not familiar with my https://darqx.deviantart.com/art/OA-Eid-Reference-254581286 character and its relationship with some of the other #https://outcastacademy.deviantart.com characters present :XD:, but to cut a long story short: :bulletblack: Eid is a species known as a Shade and their main weakness is strong light (hence the laser looking weapons…they’re lasers!…and the flamethrowers that get seen in passing lol). :bulletblack: The hunters are known as Shadow Hunters and their goal is to eradicate all Shades because well…the things Shades can do really are just a little bit creepy. :bulletblack: Eid is unsure of how it feels that it would do such a thing for others (Shade’s are often solitary creatures so they only ever have to look out for themselves), and it’s REALLY unsure of how it should feel that others apparently feel the same way :dummy: This song was actually supposed to be used in a HH short which i never did; it works pretty well in this context though lol. «Delta team we have a problem.
