Mew Dressup v2.0

Mew finally gets a new dressup! 😀 A secret art trade project with :iconpizzadone: who in return is writing a five chapter story with Sparks (me) :3 Totally new layout here — helpful information when you load it and all the color pickers and expression changing is separated from the clothing items :3 There is an option for changing the background, and a transform button which was part of the trade. I hope there is enough clothing options though, in total this dressup is over 100 layers X3 One or two minor glitches with the transform thing but everything else should work just fine — simply enjoy and remember to follow the rules about reposting! ^_^
