Mandelbrot Explorer

For a final project in my Intermediate Programming class, which focused on C and C++, I worked with a partner to create a program that allowed a user to explore various fractals. The user could zoom in on the fractal to see the immense (infinite) detail, and change the colors to their liking. Although the most well-known fractal is probably the Mandelbrot set, we also included several Julia sets and our favorite, Lyapunov fractals. I do not have any screenshots remaining of the program we created, but I did create a Mandlebrot set explorer in flash in order to get some of the mathematics down. The pictures are taken from that flash program. In addition, I have included a picture of a Lyapunov fractal, because it is very unusual and visually interesting.
