Pencilmation: Hank

On May 15th 2009, Hank was drawn for the very first time by Ross Bollinger. He is by far the COOLEST and MOST POPULAR cartoon character ever made. Hank has appeared in many world famous animations such as Pencilmation #6: Turtles in Time, Pencilmation #12: Bounce for Bounce, Pencilmation #13: Moondoggled, Pencilmation #14: Cone Head, and Pencilmation #15: A Streetcar Named de’ Fire. The problem is this: Ross Bollinger is spending all of his time doing boring stuff instead of making funny cartoons, and Hank has been waiting around with nothing to do. …but no longer will he wait!
