Flash Introduction

An introduction to the Flash user environment for aspiring developers! Author Comments: This is an introduction to the Flash user environment for aspiring developers! I made this in 1999, so it is probably featuring the Flash 3 layout. Things haven’t changed TOO MUCH, though, so it’s still a decent intro. I am submitting this to the Portal before I overhaul our tutorial page to be part of the collection system. To make a long story short, all the tutorials need to be in the Portal in order to be featured through the database system. This tutorial was never part of the Portal before.
